You most probably ended up on this page because you want to know how we handle shipping & returns here at Aimmea. The answer is very simple. You buy something from us and you are always happy. Guaranteed! Your purchase fits well and you love it. Or it is a bit disappointing and you simply send it back without a fuss. Another reason to be happy.
Below some more information in specific bullet points
- When you place an order in our online shop, you can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact or with your Credit card.
- If you want to pay with a bank transfer, that is also possible, just email us in that case.
- After we have received your payment, most items will be packed the same day and shipped the same day if you order before 4 PM.
- We offer free shipping within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Some countries within Europe pay a flat fee of 13 euro and the rest of Europe and outside of Europe pay 25 euros per order.
- All orders are shipped from Amsterdam.
- It can take between 1 and 2 business days after shipment to arrive in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
- When we send, you will receive a link by e-mail with which you can follow the package.
If you have questions about an order, you can always contact our customer service.
- We guarantee the highest quality, but if you think something is wrong with your purchase or it does not fit right, you can return it to us.
- Please report all returns as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receiving it.
- We no longer accept returns after 14 days.
- We refund your full purchase amount or send a replacement at your request.
- We reimburse the product if it is unworn and free from odours and / or makeup and with the original price tag attached.
- We ask you to return the product neatly and in the original packaging because of the environment (not required, but appreciated)
