FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To place an order, select each item you want to buy and click the “add to cart” button. Once you have finished shopping, you can view your items in your shopping cart by clicking “my shopping cart” in the top right corner. If you have changed your mind about an item, you can remove it from your shopping cart by clicking the “x” next to the item. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail folder. If you have not received an email from us there, please contact us at support@aimmea.com.

It can occasionally happen that an item you ordered is not available, in this case team Aimmea will contact you and immediately refund the difference.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace number. You can also view this information in your account on our website.

All items are in stock unless ‘pre-order’ or ‘sold out’ is indicated. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have paid for your order.

A pre-order is an order for an item that is not yet in stock or is sold out and will soon be back in stock. In the description of the item it is explained when the item is expected to be available.

In the product description next to each product we explain what you can expect from the fit. Aimmea also has a size chart to convert International sizes to ours. To find your own size, click on the size chart available on each product page, this size chart contains the measurements of the garment. In addition, you can ask us about the sizing and fit via support@aimmea.com.

You can cancel your order until we have shipped it. If your package has already been sent, you can return it after you have received it

When you place an order with us, we pay the shipping costs for orders shipping to Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands

To receive your purchase amount back, please make sure the product is unworn (i.e. only fitted) and free of odours and/or make-up and with the original price tag still attached.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Make sure that your return has been submitted to PostNL (or any other courier service) no later than 14 days after you received it. We no longer accept returns after 14 days. If you are not sure whether you are still on time, please email us at support@aimmea.com

You can return your purchase (preferably in the original, environmentally friendly packaging) by dropping it off at a PostNL (or any other courier service)  location using our return form. We recommend that you send the package with track & trace to the address stated on the return form.

When you order something from us, we cover the shipping costs for Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. When you want to return your purchase you pay the shipping costs yourself.

As far as we are concerned, there are no rules about what you should and should not wear, at any age or size. We also think it’s important you feel comfortable while looking fabulous. This is why we almost exclusively use stretch fabrics (made of natural fibre) and our designs are cut with a comfy fit.

The name Aimmea was established in 2007 by founder Maria Nijhout, at that time she designed tailor-made clothing. After years of living abroad, she returned to the Netherlands in 2018. The current Aimmea exists since 11 August 2018.

We do not have seasonal collections, our designs are, as it were, seasonal fluid. This means that you can wear our designs during all seasons. Layered or combined, with the exception of a single faux fur coat 🙂  This is  why we don’t have end-of-season sales. In stead, we spoil our VIPs every month with a new VIP promo and twice a year  we have a 50% VIP Promo

Aimmea produces 100% within Europe, of which more than 85%  in The Netherlands. We work with larger production locations (Portugal and The Netherlands) and with smaller fashion studios (The Netherlands).

The VIP group was created to pamper our most loyal fans. As a VIP you receive extra discounts and benefit from our promotions. VIPs also get priority on pre-orders and limited editions.

You can become via our newsletter and via the Facebook VIP group.

When you signup for our VIP newsletter, you will receive an e-mail in your inbox once a month (and occasionally a spontaneous one). If you are VIP via the Facebook group, you can post your favourite Aimmea outfit youself, see all posts from the admins and posts from other VIPs. This group is private and only VIPs and admins can see its contents.

The VIP newsletter excists  so that we can keep you informed about our news and promotions. The Facebook VIP group is mainly for you to share your news/images.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the email. You unsubscribe as a VIP in the Facebook group by clicking on ‘leave group’.

Click on ‘my account’ at the top right of the page and fill in your details. When you have entered all the details, click on ‘save’ and your online account will be created. You can also sign up during the ordering process

When you log in to your account, click on Dashboard where your personal details are listed. Enter your changes here and then click on ‘save changes’ to change your details.
