SHIPPING & RETURNS
– why you can shop worry-free with us –
Below you will find all information about shipping and returns when you make a purchase in our webshop. And what to do in case you want to return something. Team Aimmea is here to help you make it as easy and simple as possible. So feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- When you place an order in our online shop, you can pay by iDeal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, PayPal, Klarna or by bank transfer
- After we received your payment, we will pack and shipped your order within 24 hours (weekdays).
- We use environmentally friendly shipping packaging. If nothing else possible (e.g. multiple items), you will receive your order in a cardboard box.
- If your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship together. Tip! Order your pre-order separately, shipping is free in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!
- All shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge and certain destinations within Europe pay 15 euros shipping costs
- After shipment it can take between 1 and 5 working days before your order arrives in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany
- When we ship, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery (no email? check your junk mail folder)
- All orders are shipped from Amsterdam.

Returns
- You may exercise the right of withdrawal and report your order to us as a return within 14 days of receiving it.
- Be sure to return your return no later (!) than 14 days after this notification. We do not accept returns after those 14 days. Please feel free to email us if you are unsure if your return will still be processed.
- Download your return label at the bottom of the page by clicking on the label and print it out.
- Please fill out the form completely for quick and accurate processing of your return
- We will refund your full purchase price or send a replacement at your request
- If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to us.
- We kindly ask you to return the product neatly and in its original -environmentally friendly- packaging (is not mandatory, but appreciated)
- We advise you to return the package with Track & Trace, the return costs are at your expense.
