SHIPPING & RETURNS
Below is all the information you can expect during and after a purchase in our webshop. And what to do in case you want to return something. Team Aimmea is here to help you make it as easy and simple as possible. So feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
- When you place an order in our online shop, you can pay with iDeal, Credit card, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, PayPal, Klarna or with a bank transfer.
- After we have received your payment, your order – if done before 4 o’clock in the afternoon –will be packed and shipped the same (working) day.
- We use environmentally friendly shipping packaging. If nothing else possible (e.g. multiple items), you will receive your order in a cardboard box.
- If your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship together. Tip! Order your pre-order separately, shipping is free in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!
- All shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free of charge and certain destinations within Europe pay 15 euros shipping costs
- After shipment it can take between 1 and 5 working days before your order arrives in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany
- When we ship, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery (no email? check your junk mail folder)
- All orders are shipped from Amsterdam.
If you have any questions about an order, you can always contact our support department.
- You may exercise the right of withdrawal and inform us of your return within 14 days of receipt.
- Please make sure that your return is sent back no later than (!) 14 days after this notification. We no longer accept returns after these 14 days. Mail us if in doubt
- Download your return label at the bottom of the page by clicking on the label and print it out.
- For a fast and correct handling of your return, please make sure the form is filled in completely and correctly
- We will refund your full purchase price or send a replacement at your request
- If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging.
- We advise you to return the package with Track & Trace, the return costs are at your expense.
