SHIPPING & RETURNS
Below all information is listed about what you can expect during and after a purchase in our webshop. And what to do in case you want to return something. Team Aimmea stands by to make it as easy and simple as possible. So feel free to contact us if you have questions about shipping and returns.
- When you place an order in our online shop, you can pay with iDeal, Creditcard, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, PayPal or with a bank transfer.
- After we have received your payment, your items will be packed the same day and shipped the same day if you order before 4 PM.
- We offer free shipping within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Other countries within Europe pay a flat fee of 15 euro.
- We use environmentally friendly shipping bags. If there is no other option, you will receive your order in a box.
- All orders are shipped from Amsterdam.
- It can take between 1 and 5 business days after shipment to arrive in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
- When we ship, you will receive a link by e-mail with which you can follow the package.
If you have questions about an order, you can always contact our customer service.
- We guarantee the highest quality, but if you think something is wrong with your purchase or it does not fit right, you can return it to us.
- Please report all returns as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receiving it.
- We no longer accept returns after 14 days.
- We refund your full purchase amount or send a replacement at your request.
- We reimburse the product if it is unworn and free from odours and / or makeup and with the original price tag attached.
- We ask you to return the product neatly and in the original packaging because of the environment (not required, but appreciated)
